Nick Rittinger Promoted to Shareholder

Nick Rittinger is now a Shareholder. Nick joined HAWA in 2020 with 17 years of experience in Electrical Engineering with his PE & CEM. Nick has shown exemplary results as the operations manager in the Cincinnati office. Due to the increasing business in Cincinnati and Nick’s leadership abilities, the Principals invited him to take on a more prominent role in the company. Nick is married to his wife, Laura. Laura is a middle school teacher of Social Studies and English in the Cincinnati area. They also have a son Everett, who is eight years old and has a black belt in Tae Kwan Do. We are excited for him and his family to take on this new role. Congratulations, Nick, Laura, and Everett!
