  • Previous experience in AEC industry; Healthcare or Higher Education projects preferred
  • EIT, FE completion is preferred; ability to attain PE desired
  • Software Proficiency:  AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of building codes; ie. OBBC, NFPA, ASHRAE
  • Ability to solve problems and collaborate in a team-oriented environment exercising interpersonal skills and technical knowledge
  • Capacity to budget own time and work efficiently, both independently and as part of a project team.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously.
  • Apply skills and effective communication to proactively identify and resolve issues in a deadline oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills exercising attention to detail.
