Kroger’s Elm Hill Pike office complex in Nashville, Tenn., was in need of renovations to its mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The complex consisted of a four-story building (100,000 sq. ft.) and an adjacent three-story facility (70,000 sq. ft.), and the owner required both to remain operational throughout the several-year renovation process.
HAWA Inc. provided an initial assessment and evaluation of the site lighting and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems within the buildings. As part of the assessment, HAWA also provided MEP budgeting for the project. The updates designed by our engineers improved the buildings’ overall energy efficiency.
