HAWA Project Update
The Aetna New Albany project, a buildout of 52,000 sq. ft. of finished call center space, is expected to be complete by March 1. Both HAWA offices, together with our partner BHDP, lead architect out of Raleigh, North Carolina, have risen to the challenge of an aggressive schedule by seamlessly coordinating all efforts despite the distance. HAWA Cincinnati is providing electrical design, including power, lighting and technology pathways for the building and mechanical equipment, while HAWA Columbus is designing the HVAC and plumbing systems. When it opens, the new facility will serve 500 staff members.
