Lou Geroni Retiring in August

Next month, HAWA will be bidding a fond farewell to Lou Geroni, one of our mechanical engineers. Lou has worked in the MEPT field for 25 years, with the last three years spent at HAWA. Upon retiring, he plans to travel, spend more time with his family and volunteer through his church.

When we asked Lou what he has learned over the years that people new to the industry might find valuable, he replied, “Find a good engineering company like HAWA that will mentor you, get your PE, keep on top of changes in technology, work well with others, always be honest, and treat everyone with respect.” Excellent advice, Lou, and best of luck in retirement!
