General Description
The building includes a basement and five (5) floors above grade with the following functionality: Basement: Central sterile/storage/building support.
First Floor: Lobby/Surgery Center/LAC Connector.
Second Floor: Lobby/Ortho Clinic/MRI/LAC Connector.
Third Floor: Lobby/Sports Med/Neuromuscular/Gait lab.
Fourth Floor: Lobby/Clinical Research.
Fifth Floor: Faculty offices.
The basement and penthouse levels houses the majority of the mechanical and electrical equipment.  High pressure steam and condensate, chilled water, and normal and stand-by power is fed from the West Central Energy Plant (WCEP). The building is physically connected to the Livingston Ambulatory Center on the first and second levels.

– 15kv, 600-amp normal feed from WEP (change CEP to WEP)
– 15kv, 600-amp emergency feed from WEP
