Behind the Pocket Protector: George Basore
Introducing our genius of the month, George Basore. George has been a part of the HAWA team for over a year and says it has been his best job experience yet. George is an explorer and seeks out parts of Ohio he’s never been on long drives. He has a passion for select books, video games, and movies. Some of George’s favorite films he saw this year were Elemental and TMNT Mutant Mayhem. In high school, George’s calculus teacher recognized his potential and suggested he pursue a career in engineering. Though unsure of which field at first, he obtained bachelor’s degrees in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering to expand his options. Endlessly curious and never one to back down from a challenge, we can’t wait to see what he will accomplish next.
