Behind the Pocket Protector: Sean Brandon
After months of exciting changes at HAWA, we are finally back to show you who we are Behind The Pocket Protector. Many of you likely know our most experienced electrical designer, Sean Brandon, who has been with HAWA for 26 years. If you’ve ever met Sean, you probably know he is passionate about cycling, which has been his favorite activity for over a decade. He initially started to get in shape and now enjoys the freedom of being out between the roads and the cornfields. Though not quite the same as being outside, he stays in shape during the winter by cycling indoors on a mounted bike. Sean is part of an IRacing team, and together, they have competed in 12-hour virtual races on the Sebring and Daytona raceways. If traversing the countryside roads or competing in grueling virtual races shows anything, it’s that Sean has found a way to challenge himself by doing what he loves.
Sean regularly participates in the annual fundraising race organized by the Pedal with Pete Foundation, which raises money to help improve the quality of life for those with cerebral palsy.
