Welcome to the Team!
June has been an exciting month for us. We gained a new mechanical designer and welcomed back a familiar face. Both new teammates bring unique and valuable skills and perspectives. A warm welcome to Rachel Messer and a welcome back to Jim Filippi.
Rachel joins us as a recent graduate from the University of Akron, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and numerous impressive scholarships. Rachel enjoys using her mathematical talents to solve problems, rollerblading, VR gaming, and chasing high scores at the arcade.
Jim rejoined HAWA after a diverse engineering design and construction management career. Jim is an experienced leader and mentor with a wealth of industry knowledge. Apart from that, Jim has recently picked up skateboarding again after some time away. He also enjoys drawing and spending time outdoors with his wife and three daughters.
